The 2007 Fireworks Art Print by celebrated artist Michael Downs is the second in the fireworks series, an annual tradition of unique fireworks pieces of art depicting Vancouver's summer signature event.
It was an honour to be selected to create this image for Vancouver’s summer fireworks festival. My inspiration for the painting was my memory of the incredible beautiful experience witnessing one of the first shows of the event watching how the fireworks colour and intensity matched with the music
