Traffic Volunteers
The HSBC Celebration of Light is a volunteer-driven organization. Volunteers are always needed to assist with the organization of the event – specifically to assist in traffic management on all four fireworks evenings in both the West End and Kits. For Vendors
The HSBC Celebration of Light offers a vending opportunity to local merchants at English Bay and Vanier Park locations. Vendors within the event site must be licensed by the Vancouver Fireworks Festival Society through its contractor ICL Services.
Vendors such as food and beverage carts, entertainment options, merchandise sellers, are invited to contact ICL Services directly for more information. Applications for vending permits for the fireworks are available online at www.iclservices.ca.
